Registration
There are only a limited number of first rate (8 x
10)
exhibit booth spaces available during the 7th annual Canadian Technical Security
Conference (CTSC 2012).
The exhibit space is located on both the
upper and lower lounge area immediately outside the lecture hall and
availability will be strictly on a first come first served basis.
Exhibitor space is strategically located to provide an excellent informal environment for
marketing your products and professional services.
The main lecture hall is the focal point for all
participants attending the conference.
This is an
important element of the CTSC 2012 event and provides an excellent opportunity to
market TSCM professional services, private investigation and security
organizations, physical security and access control, specialized test
and measurement equipment, TSCM equipment manufacturers, and other
technical security related products and services to a qualified
Technical Security industry based audience.
Registering early is strongly recommended as the
available space is limited.

The cost of a (8 x 10) curtained exhibit booth
with power and a skirted table and two (2) chairs.
The early
registration rate
is just $1,275.00 + $165.75 (HST) = $1,440.75

Registration
If you wish provide
payment by cheque, you must submit the online exhibitor registration and
we must receive your full payment no later that the deadline date to
qualify for the posted early rate.
If you are paying
by cheque or bank money order, they must be received
in advance of the registration cut-off date and
made
payable to:
Professional Development TSCM Group Inc.
An official CTSC
2012 invoice will be
provided once payment is received and verified by our accounting
department.
Please note that that we only accept credit cards via the PayPal secure
online server.
Online (Accommodations) Reservation System
The CTSC 2012 online event
reservation system for on-site accommodations will soon be online and active.
Space is limited for the our conference event and we strongly recommend
that you book your accommodation as soon as possible.
It is essential that you
register online for the conference event prior to booking your
accommodations.
Registration for the conference event will not be
available at the door and MUST be accomplished in advance and by the registration
cut-off date.

CTSC 2012 Exhibitor Space
The CTSC exhibit area is an important and complementary
element of our conference event and there is space for a wide variety of
exhibitors, including TSCM equipment manufacturers, suppliers,
professional service providers and others involved in the Technical
Security related field.
Exhibitors will have an excellent opportunity to
network, educate, and market to a dedicated group of leading industry
related professionals.
A limited number of 10 x 8 booth spaces are available
during the conference.
Each exhibit booth includes a draped table
and two (2) chairs.
Basic electrical service is provided with each
exhibit booth space.
Please contact us if you have any special power
requirements.
TSCM
equipment manufacturers and suppliers will have the opportunity to
display and demonstrate their products and equipment to a dedicated
group of industry professionals during all three (3) days of the
conference event.
We recommend that you reserve your exhibit space early to
take advantage the early registration rate and the pre-conference
online marketing opportunity.
Exhibitor
Profile Opportunity
We have included a short 5 to 10 minute
"Exhibitor Profile" opportunity
for each exhibitor to introduce his / her company and products during
the conference.
Time has been set aside during the
conference for this purpose.
Exhibitors will be provided this opportunity to promote their organization as desired - The time is yours!
New this year we have set aside an additional
session to provide exhibitors a little more presentation time to
introduce their representative products and / or services.
Advertising Opportunities /
Corporate Sponsorship
You can maximize the impact of your presence at
the conference by taking advantage of the various marketing
opportunities.
Whether you are interested in one of our advertising
opportunities or becoming an official corporate sponsor, the CTSC has developed a
cost effective approach to promoting your organization and furthering
the aims, goals, and objectives of the conference.
Advertising revenue
helps to off-set the actual financial cost of producing this first class
conference event.
Equipment manufacturers, professional TSCM service providers, official
CTSC corporate sponsors, and others will have the opportunity to
advertise on a number of levels during the various elements of the conference.
There are
only a limited number of advertising opportunities and those interested
are encouraged to contact the CTSC committee early.

The CTSC committee produces a first rate full
color Conference Guide which is distributed to all participants and
exhibitors who attend the conference in both print and electronic
formats.
The CTSC can take your company information and
design a professional looking advertisement that will bring professional credibility to your
organization within a qualified market.
Alternatively, you can submit your own
electronic graphic design (providing it meets the format and design
specifications) as required by our in-house printing capability.
We are pleased to offer three (3) extremely cost
effective 2012 Conference Guide advertising display AD content sizes

Corporate Sponsorship
- Opportunity
An opportunity exists for
interested corporate sponsors to help off-set the overall
cost and expenses of operating the conference.
Official Sponsorship is an
excellent way to market your company during the CTSC conference.
If your organization would
like to become a CTSC corporate sponsor, please contact the CTSC committee
for information and details.
Corporate sponsors receive recognition throughout the
conference and receive signage for the sponsored portion of the
conference.
Corporate sponsors also receive a complementary ad within the
official conference guide.
There are three (3) sponsorship levels:

given technical oriented conference or trade show it is

The CTSC conference is different than most conferences, in
that we are dedicated to keeping the cost of participation to a minimum.
