Canadian Technical Security Conference (CTSC 2008)

Professional Development TSCM Group Inc., and the Technical Security Branch (TSB) are pleased to announce the official dates for the 3rd Annual Canadian Technical Security Conference (CTSC 2008).

TSB FACT: A professional development certificate will be issued to participants that attend a set number of training sessions conducted by recognized industry professionals.

Canadian Technical Security Conference (CTSC 2007)

Time is running out for the advance CTSC 2007 participant registration. The Professional Development TSCM Group Inc., and the Technical Security Branch (TSB) are pleased be able to offer an advance discount participant rate for this year's conference. If you have not yet registered, and plan on attending, we would like to remind everyone that the advance rate will not be available at the door. To take advantage of the lower rate participants must register no later than Friday May 04, 2007.

TSB Operational Capability Update!

The Technical Security Branch (TSB) is please to announce, that our equipment resources have been upgraded to include the operational capability of a full Panoramic RF Spectrum Analysis to 50 GHz. The TSB recognizes the necessity of acquiring the most advanced leading edge TSCM equipment resources available.

Our ability to conduct high threat level TSCM inspections and provide advanced technical certification training, is what set the TSB apart from all others. Our commitment and operational support for our extensive and growing list of TSCM sub-contractors and corporate end-user clients is the most important priority for our company, technical personnel and management team.

TSB FACT: The TSB conducts mandatory in-house re-certification inspections of every primary TSB equipment resource before and after every operational use. If you think this is an easy task, it is not, the TSB currently maintains an inventory control status (ICS) of more than 500 separate primary equipment resources and supporting accessories. Our inventory extends considerably beyond this figure as not all of our resources are publicly declared. It is also TSB policy not to declare operational any equipment resource until such time as operator familiarization, certification training, and full operational testing of the equipment have been accomplished.

NEW! TSCM - Professional Development Programs

Professional Development TSCM Group Inc., and the Technical Security Branch (TSB) is pleased to announce the implementation of several new professional development training programs to compliment our TSCM / TSS Certification Program. Our new programs are scheduled to begin in September 2007 at our resident training centre in Cornwall Ontario. Our programs are designed to meet the annual recertification requirements associated with our very successful and popular TSCM / TSS Certification Program. Our new programs are designed to run as either a three (3) or five (5) day (full-time) format. The first of these programs include:

Advanced Spectrum Analysis (ASA)

Physical Search Specialist (PSS)

Surveillance Device Intelligence (SDI)

TSB FACT: The TSB advanced certification process requires an initial 120 hours of training conducted over fourteen (14 days) at our resident centre; with mandatory annual recertification training to maintain certification. Our new programs are designed to meet is professional level of advanced certification.

TSCM / TSS Resident Certification Program - Cornwall!

Professional Development TSCM Group Inc., is pleased to confirm that our fourteen (14) day resident certification program will be running from Sunday February 25, 2007 to Sunday March 11, 2007 at our resident training centre in Cornwall Ontario. Our program is the only advanced certification program in North America.

Our program is $6,375.00 (CAD) and includes full certification training (basic, intermediate, and advanced) training elements, excellent training materials, meals, and accommodation at our resident training centre.

TSB FACT: The TSB advanced certification process requires an initial 120 hours of training conducted over fourteen (14 days) at our resident centre; a post training examination and review process, and additional mandatory requirements, including annual re-certification components. We have development our certification approach to enhance the credibility of legitimate TSCM operators. If you are currently utilizing a TSCM provider, are they TSB certified? If they claim that they are certified, contact us to verify their TSB Certification status and credentials.

Employment Opportunity - TSCM

Professional Development TSCM Group Inc., is looking for a full-time Technical Security Specialist (TSB). Applicants need to be highly motivated, intelligent, technically inclined, and willing to learn. This is a dynamic full-time, salary position and involves conducting TSCM / CI related inspections, the development of business relationships and new business, and the involvement with special projects, such as assisting with professional development certification training, annual Canadian Technical Security Conference (CTSC), and research and development (R & D) projects. Successful applicants will be required to operate both under direct supervision and independently, primarily in Ontario, and on occasion across Canada or internationally.

TSB Acquisition - Spectrum Analyzer!

The TSB has recently acquired a high quality MIL-SPEC Spectrum Analyzer (SA). This specialized TSB equipment resource includes installed options to 26.5 GHz.

External harmonic mixers extend the range to 40 GHz currently and will soon include the capability to conduct RF inspections to 50 GHz and beyond.

The TSB is committed to providing professional level TSCM services and inspections at all operational levels to include; individuals, business, government, law enforcement, and military assignments.

TSB Equipment Resources - Latest Acquisition!

The TSB has recently commissioned yet another important equipment resource adding to our already impressive technology based inventory. Our latest addition is an Anritsu 30 dB Gain (Antenna) Pre-Amplifier. Our commitment in providing the highest level of professional TSCM related services, to our many sub-contractors and end-user clients, demands no less than the finest equipment resources available.

TSB FACT: The TSB maintains an extensive, Repair, Maintenance, Testing and Calibration Program (RMTC) that includes the the re-certification of all equipment resources prior to, and after, every TSCM inspection.
