Kestrel Flying High! - Spectrum Surveillance Drone

We are very pleased to confirm that Kestrel TSCM TM Professional Software has been successfully deployed in a Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) role, on-board an unmanned aerial surveillance drone.

Spectrum activity can be collected, monitored, and remotely processed in real-time, or data spectrum data may be stored on-board for post analysis review in an intelligence gathering role.

This is yet another first for the Kestrel TSCM TM Professional Software platform, and is an innovative milestone confirmation of the high confidence, in not only our Kestrel software development and engineering design group, but of the advanced product we have developed, and continue to deliver new features and functionality.

Our software is standards based, and supports multiple role deployment functionality, allowing the technical operator to deploy in a remote aerial collection role, and then use the same software for ground based mobile DF comparative collection sites, as well as real-time operator assisted TSCM / SIGINT assignments.

This capability reduces the platform learning curve and significantly increases the Probability of Detection (POD) and Probability of Intercept (POI).

Kestrel TSCM TM Professional Software, when combined with the appropriate mission specific hardware, becomes a dominant contender in a counter-terrorism role, as well as the primary counter-espionage role.

We have received many requests for specific end-user features, for many different deployment roles, are continuing our research and development strategies, and delivering top notch solutions for corporate, government, law enforcement, and military deployment applications worldwide.

If you are not yet utilizing the Kestrel TM TSCM Professional Software, the question is, "Why Not".

Espionage Research Institute International (ERII)

Our visit to Washington DC this past week to attend the Espionage Research Institute International (ERII) Counter-Espionage Conference proved to be an excellent learning environment in which to build on important trade-craft methodology, learn about new and developing threats, and better understand the hostile environment, in which our industry must operate.

Among the many excellent presentations, which included our own technical contribution this year, with lectures entitled, "Signal identification and Analysis - Did You See That", and the "Detection of Evolving Power Line Carrier (PLC) technologies".

The last day of the conference also included several hours of Kestrel TSCM Professional Software familiarization training to round out the conference.

I strongly recommend that TSCM practitioners and those individuals tasked with counter-espionage responsibilities, consider membership in this internationally important organization.

Kestrel TSCM TM Professional Software - Another Success Story!

The Kestrel TSCM Professional Software is utilized worldwide by corporate sweep teams, as well as government and military practitioners at all known and developing threat levels.

The software is being deployed in ways we might only have anticipated were possible in the early stages of development.

One of our many government end-users recently advised us that our software was successfully deployed during a tense tactical intervention scenario where the individuals involved were utilizing FRS radios to communicate.

The individuals concerned believed that with the privacy channel feature activated, the responding intervention team, were unable to monitor their communications.

The responding agency involved, deploys the Kestrel TSCM Professional Software as a tactical countermeasures tool within the on-site mobile command post as SOP and almost immediately discovered the communication channel in use.

The Kestrel Wave Recorder (KWR) feature was then utilized to record the various communications as evidence.

Here is what the tactical team commander had to say:

"Tactical audio intelligence specifically developed from the Kestrel software and high speed
[Signal Hound BB60A] receiver, was a strong influence in our ability to turn a tense stand-off into a tactical success". "I want to congratulate your team in developing a tactical resource of the highest magnitude". "Kestrel is easy to field ready and performs well in volatile tactical situations - Bravo".

In the above deployment, all communications were identified and recorded by date, time, duration, spectrum trace number, and other parameters, utilizing the Kestrel TSCM Professional Software, Dynamic Alert Annunciator (DAA), Kestrel Wave Recorder (KWR), RF Spectrum Display, (RDS), and the Waterfall Display (WFD).

Our software is being deployed across the globe, by those who recognize the advantages of an operator centric resource that is easily deployed in multiple roles and scenarios in a variety of cost effective configurations.

There has never been a better time to add our award winning, and industry disruptive Kestrel TSCM Professional Software to your equipment inventory.

Kestrel TSCM Professional Software has become the leading, low cost, high performance, TSCM specific Software Defined Radio (SDR) application recognized worldwide by professionals.
