week, which has resulted in several
important agreements and collaborative

Milipol (Paris)
Professional Development TSCM Group
Inc., had another very successful
exposition at Milipol 2015 after two (2)
days of advanced technical operator
oriented familiarization training for
the Kestrel TSCM ®
Professional Software in London leading
up to Milipol in Paris France.
 It
was really nice to see the mighty
Kestrel TSCM ® Professional
Software displayed by both Shearwater
TSCM (UK) on the new Merlin MK3, and the
CRFS (UK) RFeye Node, at their
respective exhibits.
Overall the attendance at Milipol was
lower in numbers than previous years,
due to the terrorist activities,
however, the focus of the delegates
attending the event proved to be strong,
with most delegates seeking out our
exhibit booth to see first hand the
leading TSCM specific, operator centric
Software Defined Radio (SDR) platform.
Our Milipol team consisted of language
representation in English, German,
Italian, French, Greek and Russian.
After the successful completion of the
Milipol event, our team, undeterred by
the recent terrorist serious events in
Paris France during our time in country,
and we still managed to do a few days of
sightseeing prior to our return to
Canada amongst complex anti-terrorist
activities at most of the major venues
attended, including an evacuation of the
Ethel Tower during our visit.
Our team later in the day took the
stairs to level two (2) of the Ethel
Tower, enjoyed lunch and the view before
heading to the top observation level.
The Kestrel TSCM ®
Professional Software performed well as
an exceptionally unique product.
In-fact, various so-called competitors
spend so much time and effort to hide
their true identify at our exhibit, it
became laughable at times.

Milipol (Paris) Day 4
Professional Development TSCM Group
Inc., saw fewer numbers attending Milipol
on the final day of the event, yet, we
were encouraged by the number of
delegates that found the time to attend
a demonstration of the Kestrel TSCM ®
Professional Software, and seek our
advise regarding system cost,
procurement, deployment and operator
training.
Our software was on display at the
Shearwater TSCM exhibit with the Merlin
MK3 and at the CRFS exhibit along with
the supported RFeye Node, which
significantly enhanced our exposure at
Milipol 2015.
There are many other TSCM software
options available to technical
operators, but most recognize the

A number of delegates commented on

with great anticipation and success

Inc., conducted advanced familiarization
based Kestrel TSCM ®
Professional Software
familiarization training at two (2)
separate London (UK) locations this past
week leading up to the Milipol show in
Paris.
Our Technical Security Instructor's
(TSI) provided one (1) day advanced
technical support and familiarization
training for twenty-six (26)
enthusiastic participants over a two (2)
day period in the UK.
This is the first time that
our classrooms had more end-user Kestrel
software and supported SDR hardware than
participants!
End-User represented hardware included,
the Signal Hound (BB60A, BB60C, SA124B),
Rohde & Schwarz (EM100), ThinkRF
Corporation (WSA5000-427), CRFS (RFeye
Node), and the Shearwater TSCM (Merlin
MK3) with Kestrel software on-board.
This was truly an awesome experience
enjoyed by our instructional team, and
participants who attended from various
organizations across Europe.

Technical Security Specialist (TSS) Designate
Certification
I would like to congratulate another
group of participants who successfully completed our
14-day resident TSS designate
certification training program is past
week.
TSS certification extends your
professional credibility.
Another milestone saw the first
integration of the Technical Analyst
Certification (TAC) program embedded
into the 14-day TSS Certification
Program content.
The August 2015 training program marks
the first time our newly commissioned
computerized Classroom Management System
(CMS) was deployed to provide each
individual participant with advanced
instructional technology, including a
dedicated Kestrel TSCM TM
Professional Software workstation
equipped with dedicated Signal Hound
BB60C Spectrum Analyzers, and other
network based search receivers.
Additional search receivers were
deployed during the program, including
the ThinkRF WSA5000-220 and WSA5000-427
wireless signal analyzers and the newly
supported Tektronix RSA306-USB.
Our next program is confirmed for
Sunday October 18, 2014 to Sunday
November 01, 2015.
Our 14-day resident certification
program includes the full advanced
Kestrel Technical Operator Certification
program and now includes the Technical
Analyst Certification (TAC) program all

Certification Program Delivery!
Our Technical Research and Standards
Group (TRSG) TM has now fully
integrated the Technical Security
Specialist (TSS) TM, Kestrel
TSCM TM Professional Software
Operator Certification program, and our
Technical Analyst Certification (TAC)
TM program, into a single
modular 14-day (TSS | KTP | TAC), 4-day
(KTP | TAC), and 3-day (KTP) format.
Participants who attend the 14-day (TSS)
Designate Certification program receive
the (KTP | TAC) training, integrated and
embedded within the TSS program.
Participants who do not wish to attend
the 14-day (TSS) designate certification
program, but wish to attend the 4-day
(TAC) program, which includes the 3-day
(KTP) training, may do so, or
participants may attend the 3-day (KTP)
program only.
We have opened up the Annual
Certification Review (ACR) to include
any 3-days of the 14-day TSS program, to
give participants greater flexibility in
allocating time and budget, as well as
picking training content that better
reflects his / her experience level and
training requirements.

Practice Makes Perfect!

CANSEC 2015

participated as an exhibitor at CANSEC 2015 in Ottawa this week.
The Kestrel TSCM Professional Software attracted considerable attention
once again. Our demonstrations included the Signal Hound BB60C, CRFS
RFeye, ThinkRF WSA5000-427, and the Rohde & Schwarz EM100 all as part of
the Kestrel Rapid Deployment Kit (RDK).
There was considerable interest in the CRFS RFeye, which was introduced
and demonstrated at CANSEC 2015 for the first time, since the completion

Canadian Technical Security Conference
(CTSC 2015)
I am very pleased with the outstanding success
of the 10th annual Canadian Technical Security Conference (CTSC 2015) in
Ottawa this past week.
This was perhaps one of the best conference events ever, with increased
attendance, excellent participation, an impressive list of exhibitors,
and a flawless execution of the 10th annual competitive Bug-Off event.
Our primary corporate sponsor for the wonderful hospitality night event
and 3 days of excellent lunches during the conference was ComSec LLc. I
would like to thank J.D. LeaSure for his contribution to the success of
this years conference event.
Our conference has taken on an international following as attested by
government, military, law enforcement, private sector Technical Security
Specialist's, corporate security, and others from around the globe.
