Kestrel TSCM TM Professional Software
Professional Development TSCM Group (PDTG)
Professional Development TSCM Group Inc., has developed industry leading, TSCM specific software for use with the entire Signal Hound TM receiver family, Anritsu Spectrum Master analyzers, Rohde & Schwarz (R&S) compact receivers, ThinkRF WSA5000, and the Shearwater TSCM Merlin MK3 receiver, and the Tektronix RSA306-USB receiver.
The Kestrel TSCM ® Professional Software has been developed as a low cost, full featured, dedicated TSCM software application that is designed to sweep the RF spectral environment and identify ambient RF levels, friendly and potentially hostile RF based Technical Surveillance Devices (TSD) operating in the VLF, HF, MF, VHF, UHF and SHF frequency bands.
Our currently supported wideband receiver options extend from 1 Hz to 43 GHz and support dual and multiple receiver support and hand-off capability.
Our Kestrel TSCM TM Professional Software - Signal Intelligence Support System (SISS) provides a first of its kind, dual (multiple) receiver capability and many other advanced software based features and functionality that are operator work flow enhanced, based on the skill and experience of our Technical Security Specialist's (TSS) who have implemented many of the professional operator workflow functionality, methods, techniques and procedures identified within the TSB 2000 (Technical) Standard TM and 37 years of field experience in conducting Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) inspections at all known and developing threat levels around the globe.

FLIR Canada Limited
Professional Development TSCM Group Inc., represents the full line of FLIR Infrared (IR) Thermal Imagers suitable for security, law enforcement and military technical security related applications.
FLIR was established in 1978 to pioneer the development of high-performance, low-cost infrared (thermal) imaging systems for airborne applications. Thermal imaging systems detect the infrared energy (heat) that is emitted by all people, objects and materials. Infrared cameras allow the operator to see in total darkness, adverse weather and through such air pollutants as smoke and haze.
The Technical Security Branch (TSB) has conducted significant operational research in developing operational technical procedures specific to counter-surveillance (CS) and Technical Surveillance Device (TSD) identification utilizing the worlds most advanced Infrared (IR) Thermal Imaging Cameras.
Professional Development TSCM Group Inc., has conducted extensive research in both a controlled laboratory setting and during active field trials to determine the best FLIR product for use in a technical security role.
Our in-house ITC Certified (Level I) Thermographer has integrated this extensive research and formally introduced methods and techniques based on best practices.
We strongly recommend the FLIR T-400, P640 and SC-660 line of products for technical security related assignments.
Although, there are many less expensive products offered by several manufacturers including FLIR, these low cost units lack the sensitivity and resolution required for professional level technical security applications.
