Tap Capture Plot (TCP) TM | Dynamic Trace Autonomous Platform (DTAP) TM

Our recently added Advanced Geo-Location and RF Propagation Modeling has both revolutionized and raised the TSCM and SIGINT bar to an entirely new disruptive level across the commercial, law-enforcement, government and military sector.

Our Advanced Geo-Location Concepts (AGC) program is a five (5) day resident and non-resident format conducted at our Residence Training Centre (RTC) in Cornwall Ontario, or our Red Deer Training Centre (RDTC) in Red Deer Alberta facility.

Kestrel Tap Capture Plot (TCP)

DTAP TM Simulation of External RF Propagation Modeling Captured via an Autonomous Collection Platform

The mighty Kestrel defines the limitations and brings new innovative milestones with each generational release across the national security apparatus worldwide, both manually and autonomously saving governments thousands or millions of dollars when building out new systems.

The training is broken down to two (2) days of classroom instruction, one (1) day of facility level practical deployment and two (2) days of in the wild practical deployment.

This program is decidedly structured around our recently released Tap Capture Plot (TCP) TM geo-location heat mapping and RF propagation modeling capability, as well as our next generational release of our TCP Professional capability, referred to as the Dynamic Trace Autonomous Platform (DTAP) TM feature.

Our ability to to understand the threat environment based on a moving target threat model and our 40 years of field deployment has resulted in the only low cost, break from obsolete spectrum analyzers and embrace powerful new threat detection methodologies that make sense.

We firmly believe and deliver an operator centric resource that is intuitive, easy to use and packs a technology punch far beyond anything currently on the market. We build unique and disruptive new technology and leave the repacking of obsolete technology to the competition.

The Kestrel TSCM Professional Software as become the number one go to software in 44 countries worldwide do to its powerful deployment capability, scalability, flexibility, and budget friendly reality.

The competition says we cannot backup most of what we claim Kestrel can do and tells its potential customers that the problem with Kestrel is that it finds too many signals and that it is too had for professional operators to use!

The reality is the we can backup everything we claim Kestrel can do and even go as far as stating that there are even more features that are not documented in the public domain revealed and taught only during our advanced training programs or within a restricted environment. Yes, Kestrel finds more signals than the completion I guess, at least by their own standards and I make no apology for this powerful ability.

Kestrel is extremely easy to use with minimal instruction and continues to to build on powerful new disruptive technology with each generational release.

Resident | Non-Resident Training Programs

Professional Development TSCM Group Inc., offers a number of professional level training opportunities in Canada at of Eastern Ontario Resident Training Centre (RTC) and our Western Canada Red Deer Training Centre (RDTC).

TSB Resident Training Centre (RTC) Practical LabWe reserve the right to refuse admission to any person, company, or organization that might utilize the knowledge or information gained, for purposes other than intended.

Prerequisites may apply for all of our training and certification programs, including a local law enforcement background security clearance screening report, upon request for non-government participants.

Applicants are requested to contact us prior to submitting the registration or making tuition payment, to determine if any special prerequisites apply on an individual basis for the program of interest.TSB Resident Training Centre (RTC) Analog / Digital Telephone Lab

Full payment must accompany the registration application along with all other requested information and documentation.

Should the application for training not be accepted, or the training program is cancelled or rescheduled for any reason, the full submitted payment will be refunded.

Please note that we have never had to cancel a training program once the training dates were confirmed.

It is important to understand that for resident based training, a portion of the total payment is forwarded to the RTC for accommodation and meals.

This part of the payment is therefore not refundable should the participant cancel, or not attend the training for any reason once accepted and confirmed into the program.

Please note that all of our training with exception of the 14-Day resident program can be run at your venue as a closed door training session. Please contact our office for details.

Participants are responsible to ensure that all requested documentation and information is forwarded with the application for training to prevent delays in acceptance into the program of interest.

Resident Training Centre (RTC) Special Project RoomInformation includes a personal resume, professional references, and police background screening report (if requested), as well as a list of any personal TSCM equipment resources that you wish to bring with you to the training, or receive additional training on during the training, where time is permitting during the program.

We encourage participants to bring any TSCM related equipment resources to the training, which allows for a more integrated and customized training experience on the actual equipment resources that will ultimately be deployed in the field by the participant or organization.

A professional evaluation of the suitability of the equipment resources by qualified and knowledgeable Technical Security Instructors (TSI) may also be accomplished during the training at the request of the participant to highlight any vulnerabilities and / or deficiencies that many exist.

The TSB maintains TSCM equipment resources from all of the major equipment manufacturers, and brings this technology (old and new) to the table, and within a hands-on lab style training environment.

Technical Security Specialist (TSS) TM | 14-Day | Resident Program

Professional Development TSCM Group Inc., maintains a suite of dedicated training rooms at our Resident Training Centre (RTC) in Cornwall Ontario Canada, south of the Ottawa International Airport and West of the Montreal International Airport.

Our permanent classrooms provide isolation from the rest of the facility and allow the widest possible latitude in providing classroom and hands-on practical training.

We provide training reference materials, all on-site meals, and individual private on-site accommodation during your stay.

As noted above participants travelling from outside the local area may wish to book an additional night at the Resident Training Centre (RTC), to avoid having to arrive on the first day of the training.

As any additional nights are not included, an additional charge would apply for each additional night and includes on-site meals for the extra days of your stay, at the Resident Training Centre (RTC) in Cornwall Ontario.

Participants attending the 14-day Resident Training Centre (RTC) program, also receive Technical Operator Certification training for the Kestrel TSCM Professional Software, and our Technical Analyst Certification (TAC) TM program, which both run as embedded training components within the 14-day RTC format.

Participants also have the opportunity to purchase the Kestrel TSCM Professional Software and other TSCM equipment resources during the training at a discounted rate.

Please note that TSCM equipment resources are not specifically required for the training, as we maintain fully equipment classrooms.

 * Additional nights of accommodation can be arranged to facilitate early arrival and late departure, to meet individual participant travel requirements. NAV Center can arrange a fixed rate shuttle service to and from the training centre, from Ottawa and Montreal airports. Please contact NAV Center directly in advance of your planned arrival and departure times to arrange and confirm this service and the cost.

Kestrel TSCM Professional Software | Technical Analyst Certification (TAC) TM

The Technical Analyst Certification (TAC) TM program is now fully integrated into all 7-day resident and non-resident Kestrel TSCM Professional Software | Certified Technical Operator (CTO) training for both new and experienced technical operators.

Technical Analyst Certification (TAC)Do you understand what you are seeing in the Waterfall Display (WFD) image plot to the left? If not, we strongly recommend attending the next Technical Analyst Certification (TAC) TM program.

Our Technical Security Branch (TSB) provides a 7-day, combination Kestrel TSCM Professional Software | Certified Technical Operator (CTO) and Technical Analyst Certification (TAC) TM program.

The Kestrel TSCM Professional Software includes our Kestrel Spectrum Analytics (KSA) TM training during the 5-Day format.

As an experienced technical operator, you will have already deployed the system, captured significant spectrum data and generated a comprehensive report, utilizing the Session Report Generator (SRG) TM and our recently released Advanced Report Generator (ARG) TM.

Now, it is time to learn how to extract, analyze and understand the wealth of analytical data well beyond the technical operator deployment level.

Kestrel Spectrum Analytics (KSA) TM brings to the surface information and details far beyond what is displayed on the user-interface.

The Kestrel Spectrum Analytics (KSA) TM capability provides the technical operator with an advanced set of dynamically integrated collection, analysis and reporting features and functionality that are often under-utilized by the technical operator.

Our Resident and Non-Resident programs are conducted at our Technical Security Branch (TSB) | Resident Training Centre (RTC) in Cornwall, Ontario, Canada, or our Research and Development Training Centre (RDTC) located in Red Deer Alberta.

This program meets the mandatory Annual Certification Review (ACR) requirements of the TSB Technical Security Specialist (TSS) TM Designate Certification program.
