Our Photo Gallery allows you to see our unique Resident Training Centre (RTC) concept pictorially, as it is often difficult for us to fully describe in words alone when asked by prospective TSS (Designate) Certification students.

Participants attending our resident based training programs enjoy private accommodations, excellent on-site meals, and a wide range of recreational facilities.

Professional Development TSCM Group Inc., and the Technical Security Branch (TSB) bring real world experience, training and a wide range of specialized TSCM equipment resources into a world class training facility to allow the student to become fully immersed in a truly unique learning environment.

Primary Classroom

Participants in our Technical Security Specialist (TSS) ^TM Certification (Designate) program benefit from a fully equipped classroom / lab environment for both hands-on practical work and classroom lectures.

Participants are surrounded by professional level equipment resources manufactured by all of the major equipment manufacturers. In-fact we will often have competing equipment resources to allow students to evaluate unique features and functionality.

Our primary 1500 square foot classroom allows participants to work and learn in a comfortable environment that permits simultaneous lecture and real-time hands-on practical work to be accomplished.

Project Room

During the advanced week of training participants take part in real-world practical exercises outside of the classroom environment and enter our special project room setup as a typical real-world corporate office and boardroom.

Participants are required to transport and set-up equipment resources, maintain operational security and conduct full Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) inspections of the target area identified by the Technical Security Instructor (TSI).

The unique nature of the Resident Training Centre (RTC) facility permits a wide range of practical exercises to be accomplished both inside and outside of the facility to gain real world experience in a highly controlled learning environment.
